Product

From learning agreement to recognition.

Every step of an outgoing or incoming mobility, in one portal your students and staff share. ErasmusPath handles the paperwork; your people make the decisions.

Learning agreements

Agreements without the e-mail chain

Students choose their host courses in the portal, guided by recommendations drawn from the subject catalogue. Coordinators and vice deans review, comment, ask for changes or approve, and each version keeps its signatures and history.

Equivalences

ErasmusPath proposes. Your staff decide.

ErasmusPath compares the contents of home and host courses and proposes equivalences with a match score and the topics they share. Coordinators accept or reject each proposal, and every approval records who made it.

Transcripts

Transcripts read for you, redacted first

A transcript of records goes through four steps. Two of them happen on your servers, so personal details are removed before anything is sent.

  1. 1

    Upload

The student or the office uploads the transcript to your node, where the file stays.

  2. 2

Extract and redact, on your node

The node reads the text, with OCR for scanned documents, and removes the name, ID number, birth date, e-mail and phone.

  3. 3

    Analyse, in memory

The platform finds subjects, credits and grades and matches them to your degree's subjects. It stores nothing but a usage record.

  4. 4

    Review, on your node

Staff confirm each subject. Grades are converted with your institution's own rules, which never leave your node.

Erasmus Without Paper

EWP, built in

ErasmusPath exchanges learning agreements and transcripts of records with partner universities over Erasmus Without Paper, directly between nodes.

Subject catalogue

A catalogue that keeps itself current

Our crawler reads universities' public course guides, identifies itself and respects each site's robots.txt. Your node synchronises your university and its partners every day, and new or changed subjects arrive as proposals for your staff.

Languages and accessibility

Six languages, designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA

The portal is available in Spanish, English, Italian, French, German and Portuguese, and each person picks their own. It is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: full keyboard use, screen-reader labels, visible focus, and contrast that holds in light and dark mode.

Your institution

Your portal, your identity

Your node runs at your own web address with your colour and crest. ErasmusPath stays in the background: a short line in the footer and on the sign-in page.

Transparency

Status and usage, inside your node

Administrators see the platform's status and planned maintenance in the portal, and this month's usage of each feature against your quota, with a projection to the end of the month.

See service status

See it with your own workflows.

We'll set up a demo around your partners and your approval steps.
