How quotas work
The AI and catalogue features run on our platform and are measured each month. Everything else runs on your node and is never metered.

Monthly
Quotas follow the calendar month and reset on the first day of the next one.
Only successes count
Rejected calls, errors on our side and calls refused during maintenance never count.
Visible in your node
Administrators see the use of each feature against its quota, with a projection to the end of the month.
No surprises
When a quota runs out, only that feature pauses until the next month or until the quota is raised. The rest of the portal keeps working.
Pricing questions
What counts towards a quota?
Each successful call to a metered feature: one equivalence proposal or recommendation request, or one transcript analysed. Learning agreements, EWP and everything else on your node are never counted.
What happens when we reach a quota?
That feature tells your users it has reached this month's limit and resumes on the first day of the next month. We can raise the quota during the month, and the new limit applies at once.
Does the deployment option change the price?
Both options include the same features. Hosting adds the servers, backups and operations we run for you, so we quote it separately.
